Bringing new life to the Shanghai harbour area, Gala Avenue Westside is set within the major Lujiazui HARBOUR CITY development which will see 250,000m2 of riverside land redeveloped into an iconic future destination for the city. The site was formerly one of Shanghai’s most significant industrial properties in the region, a shipyard owned by the Shanghai Ship Company since the 1800s.
The project is currently on site and due to complete in early 2019.
2. Canal Art Center at Hangzhou Joy City
This unique future development occupies the site of a former thermal power plant in Hangzhou. The scheme is set within the Gongshu district and sits adjacent to the Joy City Hangzhou mixed-use development Benoy is also delivering.
