Benoy is honoured to announce that Starfield Hanam has been recognised with the top award at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Asia Pacific Awards this year.
Presented at a gala event in Kuala Lumper on 24 October, Starfield Hanam was presented with the Gold Award for Design and Development (New Development) by the ICSC.
Celebrated as one of Benoy’s biggest openings in 2016, Starfield Hanam is an iconic new shopping and lifestyle destination in Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The multi-level lifestyle destination includes four levels of retail, leisure, food and beverage, cultural and entertainment facilities.
Benoy’s Team delivered the Architecture and Interior Design for Starfield Hanam, presenting a fresh and vibrant new development for Hanam and the Greater Seoul region. In one well-connected location, with close proximity to many of the region’s most popular tourist attractions, the lively destination offers something for everyone, day and night, all year round.
The ICSC Asia Pacific Awards recognise excellence, innovation and creativity within the region’s retail real estate industry honouring outstanding achievement in the design and development of retail properties and stores.
