Green public space on the roof Nivy station will bring the city a unique space for work and private meetings. Even nearby schools can use these exceptional urban exterior spaces as a temporary classroom, with no beehives, community gardens or a botanical trail. In addition, visitors to the marketplace will be able to buy fresh food and enjoy their own food on the roof.
The design of the project is the London-based studio Benoy in cooperation with the Slovak studio Siebert + Talaš. The project will play an important role in revitalizing this part of the city. It will create a new destination with plenty of exceptional retail outlets, excellent service and first-class culinary offerings. The availability of the project is supported by a dense network of public transport and the intention to build the missing cycling routes and of course the international bus station
