Qin Pang, Director & Head of the Benoy Shanghai Studio, has been appointed as Co-chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) China Mainland Mixed-use Project Council. Qin brings to the Council proven architectural expertise and deep knowledge of the market and the built environment. He joins senior leaders from sectors such as real estate investment, property development, sustainability and technology, and urban regeneration.
Together, the ULI Product Councils leverage their combined industry expertise and professional networks to further enhance ULI China Mainland’s positive impact on the local and wider real estate industry.
The Benoy Shanghai team will take part in the upcoming Mixed-use Product Council meeting in Shanghai on 25th September 2019. Leon Zhang, Associate Director at the Shanghai studio will moderate an Interactive Case Study Session and lead a discussion on how to effectively and creatively harness the power of placemaking in a mixed-use project.
