Benoy is excited to share plans for a new mixed-use office and retail development in the heart of London’s iconic Kings Road. The proposed plans would see the reconfiguration of an existing asset into a scheme that delivers high quality and flexible retail space.
The plans draw on the site’s green heritage as a botanical nursery, with multiple opportunities to connect with nature and a number of environmental design features including green roofs to encourage biodiversity, renewable energy from photovoltaic panels and a hybrid structural frame made of steel and timber.
The scheme has been shared publicly for initial consultation and is due for planning submission later this year.
