Accommodating up to 16 million passengers a year, Terminal 4 is a stunning development that redefines the travel experience. The impressive Central Galleria links departure, check-in, arrival and transit areas for a functional, fluid thoroughfare, while vibrant skylight lanterns and landscaped gardens take inspiration from Singapore’s rich tapestry of urbanism and nature.

Nivy New City, located in Bratislava, was recently awarded the BREEAM ‘excellent’ Communities certification. We delivered the architecture and masterplanning for the 140,000 m² mixed-used scheme which aims to create a unique retail and transport hub uniting the old city and the central business district.
The award celebrated the positive impact of the project including the creation of green infrastructure and the support of the local economy. The scheme, which enjoys a unique green roof with public gardens, is the first construction project to receive this certification in Slovakia.
Solitaire, Riyadh, United Arab Emirates
The project, which is currently on site in Riyadh, will see us breaking down the traditional form of a shopping mall and reinventing it as partially open-air retail streets, plazas, boutique streets and an elevated roof garden across a GLA of 65,000 sq m. The sustainable design strategy includes a series of wind towers aiming to create a comfortable outdoor environment by using passive cooling technology. Working with our sister business Uncommon Land, the site also includes a focus on bespoke planting to both help manage challenging climate conditions and create a rich garden aesthetic.
