On 3 March, Terence Seah, Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen, Benoy, hosted a Roundtable in Singapore discussing pre-and post-pandemic challenges faced by asset owners, occupiers and operators, and how strategic elements of post-pandemic workplace design play a part in crafting solutions and unlocking opportunities.
Wesley Louie, Yudie Siswanto and Keikoku Takei attended in person, whilst Alex Avery, Claire Stephens, Maybelyne Ng, Madeleine Hug, Gracinda Mou and Nina Noor participated virtually.
The event played host to a great mix of developers, investors, operators, agile real estate experts and workplace advisors including Lendlease, Capitaland, Keppen Land, ARA, WeWork, The Executive Center, CBRE, JLL, Colliers and Essensys.
This resulted to great engagement around the table and over 2 hrs of dynamic discussions.
