Benoy is proud to once again partner with the Urban Land Institute at this year’s ULI APAC Summit as Bronze Sponsor, happening from 29 Aug – 1st September.
This year, the much-awaited regional summit will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong + livestreamed virtually, with concurrent networking events and study tours in multiple locations.
The programme will cover key trends that are shaping the built environment with an eye toward the future, tapping into the collective experience of ULI members to address pressing global and local challenges facing the real estate industry and communities worldwide.
The Summit will also shine a spotlight on the host city — Hong Kong — providing the insider view on the city’s vision for the future with homegrown industry veterans and next gen leaders in real estate, architecture/design, sustainability, investment, and technology taking centre stage.
Our leadership team comprised of Terence Seah, Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen; Rayvees Goh, Director; Teri Tsang, Director; and Gregory Kovacs, Design Director, will be attending the in-person event at the Grand Hyatt, Leadership Dinner in Hong Kong and Leadership Cocktails in Singapore.
At the Technology & Innovation Forum on 30th August, Gregory Kovacs will present our thoughts on the future of integration of technology and architecture, followed by a panel discussion.
We look forward to reconvening and connecting with clients, partners and friends new and old in-person at the annual conference — sharing commercial insights, design best practices and looking towards new possibilities.
