CRL MixC Qianhai, Shenzhen

This project is located in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Services Cooperation Zone, the second Unit, 02 neighbourhood in the southern core of the Guiwan Business Centre District. This 90,000 m2 retail-led scheme will be the central hub for the new financial district in Shenzhen’s Qianhai area. The architectural plan and form of the building are based on the concept of a 24-hour vibrant city’ while ensuring seamless connectivity and walkability throughout the centre. The mixed-use development comprises a four-storey retail podium that connects the five towers on the site — three office buildings, a five-star international hotel and serviced apartment residences. This project features the Financial Valley” and the Green Belt”, which intersect to create a striking focal point — a large, vertically and horizontally connection of the outdoor space.

Mangoohub, Shanghai

The Mangoohub West Bund project is developed by Hunan Broadcasting System, whose goals are to create an integrated entertainment centre that is smart, technologically advanced and entertaining. The project is located on Binjiang West Bund in Shanghai’s Xuhui District, along the media port strip. When the structure is complete, it will be the largest cultural project that Hunan has invested in Shanghai and a cultural landmark of Hunan in Shanghai. Mangoohub will include 5A office buildings, associated businesses, media and cultural space, and a media plaza. Mangoohub will also act as smart entertainment and cultural commercial complex to host holiday celebrations, high-end publishing, brand crossovers, IP production, video creation, art exhibitions, industry incubation, copyright trading and talent development.

Raffles City The Bund, Shanghai

Raffles City The Bund is a mixed-use development located in the Hongkou District of Shanghai. This prime asset will become CapitaLand’s third Raffles City integrated development in Shanghai, its ninth in China and tenth globally. The project master plan comprises four contiguous office blocks unified by a rooftop garden, which connects the retail podiums. Benoy has been tasked with designing the interior spaces for the retail mall.

Under the theme of Reminiscing the memories of Shanghai in the 90’s” themed area, we co-designed with Shanghai Zhijian Space Design Co., Ltd. to recreate the styles from the historical large-scale resident houses in Tilanqiao Lane, North Bund, to allow visitors to revisit and walk down the memory lane.
