Benoy Attends ULI Hong Kong – Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2023

On 6 December, ULI Hong Kong held an annual industry outlook Emerging Trends in Real Estate®” at DLA Piper Hong Kong.

Gathering nearly 50 leaders from renowned property developers and capital firms, the Forum explored key emerging trends in the real estate industry such as real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors and metropolitan areas.

Attending the event in person were Grace Hung, Architect Associate Director, Gracinda Mou, Marketing Manager, APAC, and Gerald Chu, Project Manager. The Forum presented a high-level overview of predictions across the property market in various APAC markets.

Through the session we met renowned property developers, capital firms and market analysts from JLL, PGIM Real Estate, Ricacorp (C.I.R) Properties, CBRE, JPMorgan, and PJT Park Hill.

After the productive sharing and discussions, the guests continued their in-depth conversations about some key takeaways from the Forum at the cocktail networking session.
