Benoy is pleased to announce the launch of the Mondrian Riyadh Al Malga Hotel and Residences, a unique lifestyle hospitality experience located in the heart of the Al Malga Village, which includes residential, retail, and workplace elements. Benoy designed the hotel and is leading the façade and interior design of the mall, working closely with Omrania, the lead consultant on the wider scheme.
The Mondrian Riyadh Al Malga Hotel and Residences will boast 200 keys, including 130 standard rooms and suites, as well as 25 one-bedroom, 35 two bedroom, and ten three-bedroom serviced apartments.

The hotel’s innovative design resonates with the brand’s core values, celebrating an expansive imagination. A stimulating façade of bronze-like louvres sweeps around the building, forming a dynamic wrap that exposes public dining spaces and landscaped terraces. The hotel plays a vital role in creating a new cultural scene within the Al Malga Village proposal, acting as a beacon for visitors and customers.”
The Mondrian Riyadh Al Malga Hotel and Residences will be developed as part of the mixed-use Al Malga Urban Village, offering residents and visitors alike access to a vibrant boutique retail, dining, entertainment, and leisure scene. Developed in partnership with owner Olayan Financing Company (OFC), the hotel is set to open in 2026.
