Benoy has been recognised for three exceptional projects across the Asia Pacific region at the 2023 – 2024 Asia Pacific Property Awards Ceremony held in Bangkok on 1 June. Competing against the top property professionals from around the region, all three of Benoy’s projects received the highest accolade as 5‑Star winners in the categories of mixed-use architecture, retail architecture and retail interior.

This year marked the 30th anniversary of the Asia Pacific Property Awards, which are widely recognized as the largest and most prestigious programme throughout the region. The Awards cover more than 50 different residential and commercial categories, and the judges are an independent panel of over 90 industry experts whose evaluation criteria focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Benoy’s latest achievement is a testament to the excellent talent and team collaboration across their studios, as well as their successful partnerships with clients and developers.
