Benoy is delighted to welcome Ben Perman as a Senior Associate Director in their London team.
Ben brings over 18 years experience designing and delivering award-winning schemes across the retail, hospitality, workspace and leisure sectors. Across a career that spans the UK and Australia, Ben has worked both consultant and client side on major retail mall and resort schemes for Westfield and AMP, covering shopping centre extensions, large format retail transformation and placemaking projects in the UK and Europe.
In his consultant roles Ben has worked with major developers such as Landsec, Lendlease, JLL, AMP, Savils, Mirvac Property Group and Westfield. Retail brands he has worked with include Oroton Group, Under Armour, Billabong Group and the Cotton On Group on sites across Europe, America and Asia-Pacific regions.
