With a total floor area of approximately 355,000 sqm, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi boasts an iconic façade that forms a cohesive mixed-use development. The retail façade overlooking West Lake features a unique pixelated design consisting of stepped blocks of different sizes. This design not only adds interest to the building, but also allows for a spacious outdoor terrace where visitors can have dinner and relax while enjoying picturesque views of Hanoi’s famous West Lake. Its unique location, excellent transport links and commercial positioning have made it a popular destination among locals and tourists since it opened in the autumn of 2023, ushering in a new era of commercial consumption and lifestyle experiences in Vietnam’s capital city.

The building features a ring-shaped enclosure, forming a dynamic commercial loop which surrounds the central outdoor courtyard, referred to as Joy Valley”. A large, almost 800-sqm LED screen has been installed in Joy Valley, which, together with the tiered terraces, creates a unique and exclusive commercial space.
