Benoy recently conducted a design forum at the Paramount Property Design Talk, focusing on the Future of Retail, the concept of “Human Design,” and Benoy’s distinctive design approach.
Benoy was especially invited by Mr. Chee Siew Pin, CEO of Paramount Property to conduct the session, led by Teri Tsang, Director and Hong Kong Studio Lead, and Azaria Lee, Project Director. The forum attracted over 80 attendees, including Mr. Wang Chong Hwa, CEO of Northern Region, Paramount Property, senior management and key members of the design, sales, and marketing teams.
Attendees, both in-person and online, engaged actively, and valued the insights shared by Benoy on optimizing design efficiency for residential and retail spaces. They were particularly interested in emerging retail concepts and the innovative processes behind Benoy’s designs. The discussion highlighted the importance of enhancing design efficiency, leveraging diverse market experiences across the region, and being at the forefront of retail design trends.
