We’re thrilled to announce that one of our North America projects, The District Gourmand at CF Fairview Pointe Claire, has been shortlisted for the ICSC Global Design & Development Awards!
This project transformed a vacant Sears space into a vibrant and sophisticated food destination at the heart of a future major mixed-use development in Greater Montréal.
Inspired by the building’s original 1960s architecture, our team blended mid-century retro elements — like felt-wrapped, multi-leveled ceiling panels and exposed concrete columns — with refined materials such as polished brass, terrazzo-style tiles, and black walnut. The result? A stunning fusion of retro charm and modern loft elegance.
The ICSC Global Design & Development Awards celebrate excellence in the design and development of marketplaces and tenant experiences. We are honored to be recognized among such innovative projects.
Winners will be announced at ICSC+CENTERBUILD in December.
