About the Projects

The Ring, Chengdu
Since its opening on June 22, 2024, The Ring, Chengdu, has rapidly established itself as a lifestyle destination for a generation seeking creativity, shared experiences, and customized offerings. As Hongkong Land’s second property in The Ring” series, this mixed-use landmark spans 220,000 sqm and features a shopping mall, Grade A office buildings, and a 5‑star Hyatt Centric hotel. Recognising Chengdu’s strong affinity for outdoor spaces, the design incorporates three distinct layers of outdoor areas: a sky bridge, a rooftop garden, and a leisure park beneath the sky bridge. With a 90% retail pre-lease rate, The Ring, Chengdu, is poised to redefine the commercial landscape for both locals and visitors.

Suzhou Central
Developed by Hongkong Land and Sungent Holding Group, Suzhou Central is a large-scale, high-end mixed-use development spanning 340,000 sqm across 16 hectares along the picturesque banks of Jinji Lake. The project harmonises with its natural surroundings by integrating water as a central theme, creating a strong visual connection with the lake. Suzhou Central features landscaped terraces, bridges, and curved glass structures that accommodate retail spaces, commercial offices, residential units, a hotel, children’s attractions, a cinema, and an ice rink. Additionally, it includes the world’s largest free-form monocoque roof, enhancing its unique identity and inviting visitors to explore its dynamic environment.
