2024 REARD Awards
The REARD Awards highlighted a commitment to low-carbon development, smart technology, and sustainable practices. A key feature this year was the launch of the “REARD Dual Carbon Energy-Saving Innovation Design Competition,” which recognises projects blending innovation with sustainability in design, construction, and operations.
From 601 submissions, winners were honoured across categories including urban renewal, cultural tourism and rural revitalisation, BIM digital construction, and real estate. These awards celebrate pioneers in architecture, design, and operations who are shaping the future of the industry.
“Lujiazui City Day”
Held alongside the REARD Awards, the “Lujiazui City Day,” focused on the theme of “New Vitality, New Ecology, New City.” Guided by the Lujiazui Management Bureau of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, the event featured thematic forums, keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, and recognition ceremonies.
Bringing together industry leaders, academic experts, and corporate professionals, the event explored topics including urban regeneration, building renovation, smart technology, and sustainable development. It fostered collaboration, driving the integration of innovative practices for a more vibrant, sustainable urban future.
