The Ring, Chengdu
The Ring, Chengdu, is a next-generation lifestyle destination that emphasizes creativity, shared experiences, and personalised lifestyle offerings. Spanning 220,000 sqm, this mixed-use landmark is the second in Hongkong Land’s expanding “The Ring” series. It includes a shopping mall, Grade A office buildings, and a 5‑star Hyatt Centric hotel. By fostering community engagement and incorporating natural elements throughout, The Ring, Chengdu, seamlessly blends diverse amenities into an all-inclusive urban hub for both businesses and consumers. This project aims to redefine commercial development and set a new standard for integrated urban living in Chengdu.
Zhangjiang Science City Digital and Intelligent Hub · Yu Gateway
This mixed-use science and innovation center spans 367,000 sqm, with a focus on enhancing the urban experience. The design features cutting-edge research facilities to support artificial intelligence (AI) development. Central to the project is the AI Park, which is seamlessly integrated with Grade‑A office towers, corporate headquarters, retail spaces, an intelligent R&D building, and serviced apartments. The design fosters collaboration among diverse user groups, creating a dynamic environment that enhances innovation and research.
