We are excited to announce that Paul Boldy has started a new role with Pragma and Benoy as Director of Hospitality.
With 20-years’ experience across the hospitality sector, Paul has worked extensively in the Middle East and Africa for the past 20 years, representing operators, owners and developers with feasibility studies, technical and design services, renovation, and improvement plans and operational consulting services for various hospitality and leisure assets. With expertise in aligning design excellence with business acumen, Paul actively engages with developers, hotel operators, and luxury brands worldwide.
In this role, Paul will lead the strategic direction of Pragma and Benoy’s global hospitality offering, driving innovation in design aligned to guest experience, technology integration, sustainability, and community driven environments. A thought leader in the field, Paul is committed to positioning the companies at the forefront of hospitality design, delivering projects that redefine luxury, functionality, and experiential design across mixed-use developments, branded residences, and hotels.

Paul will be focused on building enduring relationships with clients and will act as the global lead for innovative hospitality design. Known throughout the industry for his strategic and analytical approach to hotel asset design and development, Paul has developed innovative Hotel Asset Software solutions to promote communication and understanding across all stakeholders aligned to hotel design, development, investment and capital expenditure projects, to deliver high-value operational assets.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Paul was formerly the Managing Partner at RLA Global, the Regional Manager for Architecture, Design and Construction for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Projects for Jumeirah Hotels.
