Benoy is excited to celebrate the launch of Almaty Business Park, where we are delivering Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture design. We were appointed by BI Group to assist with their vision of delivering an A+ Class Business Park in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Almaty Business Park will deliver a new work-live experience in the heart of Kazakhstan’s largest city. The site includes 23,00sqm of class A+ Office Space alongside a 3,100sqm Conference Centre. Visitors to the park will also have access to private terraces and other on-site facilities such as a 600sqm gym, 2,600sqm of F&B, and rooftop golf.
In a first for Almaty, the site will also include the city’s first underground retail offering with 4,900 sq m of prime retail space.
Benoy’s designs for the space include a dramatic central plaza with radial branches that connect to elegant glass stairwells.
The development is targeting BREEAM credentials with an extensive soft landscaping design and a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing as well as low-embodied and operational carbon targets and sustainable water management systems.
