We’re delighted to share that our retail design team has led the design of the Place Alexis Nihon Food Court, Montréal, from planning to development. The team are bringing a fresh, vibrant, and welcoming dining experience to the heart of Montréal.
Situated in the 404,000 square foot retail mall, the food court is approximately 22,000 square feet, with 13 tenants and 550 seats. The aim is to create a space that is not just modern but functional and offers a space where people truly enjoy spending time. Designed to meet the needs of busy students and professionals, the space is bright, inviting, and full of energy. The aesthetic is modern yet timeless, through the use of greenery, blended with warm, neutral finishes and striking contrasts from a statement mural and contemporary decorative lighting.
Benoy’s designs ensure that the food court on this scheme is not just a dining space but also a dynamic and welcoming culinary destination.
