Teri participated in a panel discussion titled “Rethinking Assets: Adapting to Changing Times,” moderated by Eric Manuel, Director of ARCH Capital Management Co. Ltd.
Joining Teri on the panel were Yvette Koh, Studio Director of Gensler, and Nina Yang, Group Chief Development Officer of CPG Corporation. The panel sparked lively and insightful conversations regarding the evolving landscape of retail spaces, residential areas, and office conversions.
