Kunming Taihe 1903 Regional Urban Renewal

The Taihe 1903 Urban Renewal Project in Kunming focuses on revitalizing a historically significant site at the southern end of Beijing Road, a major transport hub. It aims to balance preservation and modernization through staged reconstruction, enhancing infrastructure and commercial vitality. The design retains original diagonal lines, promoting connectivity and forming a diamond-shaped structure. Adopting a garden city concept, it fosters a mixed-use ecosystem centered on sustainability and business-driven urban regeneration.

It features 598 residences across five towers, emphasizing biophilic design and sustainability. It is located 200 meters from the Lentor metro station and showcases a majestic 30-meter heritage tree at its center. The project includes a Sky Garden Bridge, jogging track, and terraced green spaces, setting a new standard for eco-conscious luxury and community-driven design.

Luenmei South Hongqiao Mixed-use Project
