Benoy was tasked with creating a new a new work-live experience in the heart of Kazakhstan’s largest city.
Our vision for the site includes 23,00sqm of class A+ Office Space alongside a 3,100sqm Conference Centre. Visitors to the park will also have access to also private terraces and other on-site facilities such as a 600sqm gym, 2,600sqm of F&B, and rooftop golf. In a first for Almaty, the site will also include an underground retail offering with 4900 sq m of prime retail space.
Benoy’s designs for the space include a dramatic central plaza with radial branches that connect to elegant glass stairwells.The development is targeting BREEAM credentials with an extensive soft landscaping design and a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing as well as low-embodied and operational carbon targets and sustainable water management systems.
