In a 536 sqm space with a challenging parallelogram floor plan, we aimed to create a flexible, people-centric workspace featuring workstations, meeting areas, social spaces, acoustic pods, and greenery.
Our design prioritized wellness, productivity, and collaboration while accommodating compact office layouts.
Benoy’s interior design team and landscape architects collaborate to craft a workspace blending biophilic design and environmental sustainability.
This space nurtures creativity, collaboration, and well-being, serving as a versatile hub for work and relaxation, fostering a cozy urban ambiance, and promoting adaptability with designated areas for focused tasks, teamwork, and spontaneous meetings.
The result is a people-centric workspace on the 21st floor of Singapore’s Gateway building in the downtown core. The Singapore Studio offers diverse work zones, promoting individual well-being and collaboration, with 15 sqm per person.
