Challenge
Design and develop the first pop-up store in Manchester, UK, bringing to life the brand’s global ethos “Live in the Open”: a global storytelling platform about shared inspiration between people and community. The store was a temporary retail experience that celebrated the connection between the world and nature.
Solution
A new design inspired by the environment and nature was developed, allowing guests to live and interact with the outdoors. The layout strategically incorporated engaging analog and digital elements, transforming the store into an immersive experience within the environment. The combination of dark-toned walls, natural oak, and foliage created the perfect ambiance.
Result
The executed design, combined with impactful visuals entitled ‘Life of Forests’ by photographer Brendan George Ko, created a fully sensory experience for customers through sight, sound, and touch. The pop-up store concept and its features complemented the broad range of Canada Goose’s merchandise, enabling guests to immerse themselves in the natural world. The successful pop-up store became a permanent store in Manchester.
