Occupying the most coveted location within the core business district of central Chengdu, our client wanted an expansive, commercial zone that would celebrate the city by amplifying the spirit of the street. Benoy had to develop an innovative, dynamic space that was also conducive to community and cultural needs.
On a 436,000 m² site, we built a contemporary retail podium of designer and flagship stores, flanked by premium office buildings, a 5‑star hotel and luxury residence, developing the opportunity for people and businesses to flourish.
A city within a city, IFS is a landmark for Chengdu and western China. The contemporary, mixed-use environment offers high-end experiences, inspired by a collaboration of international ideas.
