We were briefed to create a unique, multipurpose destination as part of Dubai’s vision for a wider Central Park Masterplan. City Walk had to meet the diverse needs of residents and tourists, and provide a dynamic cultural and retail hub for the Gulf Region.
In phase one, we developed City Walk’s retail, food and beverage locations, incorporating a broad range of concepts into a rich architectural palette. In phase two, we added a series of unique spaces for dining, leisure.
Through detailed architecture, a common visual language, and culturally relevant design, we created a contemporary, open-air destination that responds to the surrounding streets and buildings. Taking advantage of existing public spaces and views, it’s captured the civic heart of central Dubai, leaving a positive legacy for the region.
