Benoy provided exterior design services for this exciting new scheme in Gurugram. We were instructed to design a high-end, landmark retail destination with prime frontage on New Sector Road, Gurugram for real estate developers, Elan Group. The brief blended retail, dining, leisure, entertainment and hospitality, with a focus on environmentally sustainable developed and unique architectural design with the aim of providing a stunning addition to this “on the move” district of Gurugram, creating memories for families couples and visitors from far and wide.
The new retail space will sit over four levels and feature a characterful boulevard with double height retail space. Three atriums will sit around a unique water feature, giving a sense of light, space and calm whilst also serving to naturally cool the air.
The concept design aims to be environmentally sustainable and reinforce the core values of the Elan Group brand. Leisure facilities include a cinema and F&B with a double height F&B terrace. The scheme will also include a tower with hotel and serviced apartments.
