Hanoi is Vietnam’s second most-populated city with modern cultures and thriving commerce. Catering to Hanoi’s expanding number of permanent residents, our challenge was to design hundreds of desirable and attractive homes that complement the cityscape, while meeting the needs of the busy community.
Han Jardin will be a significant architectural achievement in the heart of Hanoi, adding another impressive structure to the exciting metropolis. Located only two minutes’ walk from the metro station, and adjacent to a major ring road intersection, Han Jardin will be both visually as well as functional, keeping the people of Hanoi moving.
The project features two residential towers housing 560 apartments thoughtfully designed to cater to multi-generational living with diverse unit layouts. Inspired by the natural elegance of waves, the architectural design harmoniously blends form and function. The towers’ balconies exhibit softer, ripple-like wave patterns, fostering a sense of tranquility and elegance. In contrast, the retail podium at the base incorporates bold, sweeping curves reminiscent of tidal waves, creating a striking and dynamic presence. The champagne gold finish of the podium contrasts beautifully with the towers’ sleek, modern aesthetic, resulting in a visually cohesive yet distinctive architectural statement.
