Challenge
Located in the busy commercial district along a canal, the challenge was to create a highly lucrative mixed-use space that attracts people aged 18 to 35. We were asked to masterplan and design the architecture to build a one-stop destination that bonds the business and leisure domains.
Solution
To achieve maximum commercial success, we optimised retail exposure with a bold design that features an LED pic media wall. Making the most of the river views, we integrated dining outlets around the central plaza.
Result
The 460,000 m² development is dominated by Grade A office towers and also comprises 55,000 m² of retail and leisure space with dining and culture opportunities. Designed around a central plaza, it is an active public space with naturally integrated river views and an eye-catching modern display that attracts a wide, youthful market. Shopping mall opened in 2018.
