King of Prussia is one of the largest shopping malls in the United. In 2017, The space went for a multimillion-dollar renovation upgrading the plaza and common areas.
The old spaces were redesigned with new lighting, column finishes, graphic stone flooring, and an impressive tall façade. Upgraded common area seating and amenities connected the two Luxe zones. The project introduced new luxury retailers, upscale restaurants, and a new parking deck, attracting more daily visitors to the mall.
The Lux expansion brought modern elegance and vibrancy to the remaining Plaza common areas. After the renovation, King of Prussia became one of the largest GLA centers in the country.
