Located in the prominent area of Pudong’s Lianyan international commercial district, the project consists of a four-storey retail podium with two office towers connected above and and a two storey underground garage below.

Solution

Benoy’s vision for this scheme was based on the concept of ​“Water and Mountain”, drawing a close resemblance to the client’s existing brand identity. The detailing aims to deliver a contemporary, luxurious and exclusive space for sophisticated professionals — serving both the retail and commercial needs.

Result

Carefully reflected throughout the scheme, the luxurious finish of the interiors is found throughout the retail podium and office lobbies, inviting the user into a modern environment which is amplified by the vibrant shops, contemporary restaurants and innovative use of technology.
