Raffles City The Bund is a mixed-use development located in the Hongkou District of Shanghai. As the latest generation of Raffles products, Raffles City The Bund is located in the core area ofthe North Bund. With its significant location advantages, it needs to be poised as a leading regional boutique commercial project.
In consideration of the large footprint, a thoughtful zoning strategy is applied in the mall which is beneficial for overall wayfinding and a seamless customer experience. Each main atrium possesses a characteristic ceiling design around the void and material palette.
The interior design for the six-level retail podium have been thoughtfully curated with a nod to Shanghai’s neo-classical style. Elegant and timeless fixtures have been used across all touchpoints to create a timeless, contemporary space. With two retail storeys below ground and three storeys above, the mall features a collection of signature restaurants on the fourth floor with an open and generous podium garden overlooking the scenic vista of the river.
