The Resorts World Sentosa Waterfront Lifestyle Development is set to become a premium waterfront space to meet the growing demand for luxury and lifestyle experiences while integrating sustainable design principles. The ambitious scope required blending masterplanning, architecture, and biophilic elements to create a destination that rejuvenates the Greater Southern Waterfront and strengthens Singapore’s appeal as a global lifestyle hub.
Benoy’s team developed a visionary masterplan and architectural design that seamlessly integrates luxury, nature, and sustainability. The development includes a stunning waterfront promenade, a four-storey retail and dining podium, immersive entertainment spaces, and two luxury hotels with 700 keys. A highlight is the experiential mountain trail, designed to enhance the leisure experience while fostering a deep connection to the natural environment. Collaboration with partners and the client ensured the design reflects a world-class standard, redefining the leisure and lifestyle offering for locals and tourists.
Targeted for completion by 2030, the project is set to transform Singapore’s waterfront into a globally renowned luxury lifestyle destination. It will elevate the Greater Southern Waterfront’s appeal, attracting both new and returning guests.
