Family-owned and operated for over 50 years, Pusateri’s remains a one-of-a-kind shopping destination for food enthusiasts. Our team had to design 18,500 sq. Ft of best-in-class gourmet food offerings showcased within a supremely luxe market atmosphere in a major Toronto Mall.
The layout drew inspiration from the traditional European food hall model, featuring culinary stations dispersed throughout the space to create a dynamic interplay between shopping aisles and specialty stations. Guests had the opportunity to experience a food art gallery.
An 18,500-square-foot galleria was designed to welcome guests to a one-of-a-kind shopping destination for food enthusiasts. A signature large-scale herringbone floor pattern greets visitors, providing an open vista for showcasing its world-renowned exceptional products, superior quality, freshness, and customer service. This successful galleria hosted a Nutella Cafe, champagne and raw bar, sushi bar, cold-pressed juice bar, and prosciutto bar.
