Haitang Bay, Sanya, is extremely popular with visitors on an international scale, offering world-class yachting, 5‑star hotels, and beautiful natural surroundings. We had to ensure our development could offer unique experiences in the mixed-use, leisure, and retail market, whilst harmonising with the picturesque environment.
Visually inspiring and distinctive in its sector, we designed Sanya CDF Mall II as a diverse space with both indoor and outdoor features for lifestyle, leisure and entertainment. Making it unique from conventional retail projects, CDF Mall II offering will include art, cultural performances, water shows, recreation, kids’ zones, and even a wedding chapel.
The mall integrates four different themed areas — lifestyle, sports, culture, and seafood — all masterfully curated to offer an exhilarating customer experience. The project features a large variety of surrounding greenscapes nestled at the heart of Hexin Island, incorporating the lush greenery and blue waterways. The result is a diverse space blurring the indoors and outdoors with world-class lifestyle, leisure and entertainment offerings, setting a defining benchmark for mixed-use design in the region.
