Benoy had the challenge of refurbishing the mall and providing an opportunity to relocate and rebrand the food court as” Gourmet Fare”.
The Gourmet Fare layout, located on the 2nd level, is visible from a distance where the open concept provides visual enticement to ride the escalator up a level to explore the offerings beyond. The redesigned Gourmet Fare features angled wood ceiling articulation in the skylights and signature halo-shaped light fixtures.
The food court features 15 food merchants and 1,000 seats and focuses on enhancing customer experiences, pursuing green initiatives, and offering a variety of dining options. This project won the ICSC Maple Leaf Silver Award.
