Challenge

The client vision was to create a mixed use, Food and Beverage led development, focusing on new local Saudi F&B ventures, promoting new emerging Saudi concepts.

The challenge was to create an F&B led destination along the corniche within a relatively small plot area and restricted height of G+2.

Solution

Our core conceptual idea was inspired by the flowing forms of the sea and corniche, to sculpt an intimate piazza allowing the restaurants and dining terraces to wrap around the central water garden, bringing calm and tranquillity whilst watching the sun set over the Jeddah Horizon.
