Growing our travel retail and aviation expertise
This week we're delighted to announce the newest additions to the Benoy + Pragma aviation team. As part of our ongoing commitment to growing our travel retail and aviation expertise and excellence, we are pleased to welcome Jemima Scott and Mihaela Mihaylova.
Their unique skills and diverse backgrounds will undoubtedly strengthen our team and help us continue to innovate and provide outstanding service.
Jemima joins Pragma as Associate Director of Travel, bringing 6 years of experience within travel retail consulting. Specialising in commercial strategy and retail space planning for airports, Jemima has experience working for some of the largest travel hubs around the world. Following her recent year working in Dubai, Jemima has gained invaluable experience of the Middle Eastern aviation market, working on developing innovative passenger experiences and commercial strategies for the likes of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.
In addition, Jemima has a strong understanding of the retail performances of Dubai and Riyadh Airports and can apply the successful learnings of these airports to future projects. She will be working closely with the Benoy team to continue to grow the airport project portfolio, starting by attending the Passenger Terminal Expo Conference in Madrid.
Mihaela joins as a Senior Consultant at Pragma, bringing a blend of airport strategy and commercial due diligence experiences. She has worked on major airport acquisition projects, including Fukuoka Airport in Japan and Sofia Airport in Bulgaria working across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In addition, Mihaela has experience developing strategic and transformation initiatives for clients such as loyalty programme optimisation, digital proposition development, operational efficiency improvements and e-commerce strategy across consumer products, retail and aviation sectors.
